Our 2024 Mexico Mission was in mid-January, when several dozen Shepherd of the Hills members will travel to Ensenada to construct homes for two families. Pictures and videos are on the Shepherd of the Hills Facebook pages (here and here), and Instagram pages (here and here).
Our Mexico Mission provides an opportunity to make a measurable difference in the lives of families and a local community just outside of Ensenada. The level of severity of poverty that exists in this area of Mexico is easily visible and impactful on anyone visiting. For a meager amount of money and time, a group of people can provide a lifechanging experience to a family and community in need. We construct a finished house in only three short days, providing a warm, dry home and ultimately providing much hope to these families.
