Coping with Pandemic Fallout
Sunday, September 26 – 4 p.m. Mission Viejo Campus
The Pandemic has created feelings of isolation, anxiety, and depression. Concerns for our loved ones, our own health, homeschooling/going back to school are just a few of the things that have impacted us in this time. Please join us on Sunday afternoon, September 26th at 4:00 p.m. to have a safe place to discuss the impact and to explore coping strategies. Suzanne Barron, LMFT will be facilitating this presentation with the help of several other professionals within our community. Let’s break through the isolation and come together for this time of sharing and resourcing. Masks will be required.
Please reserve space HERE for this event.
